How can I place a backorder?

Backorders may be available for selected products that are currently out of stock. We will collate the orders and attempt to order more stock for these popular pieces. Please note that if and when the stock does arrive, priority will be allocated to customers who have already paid in advance and will be strictly limited to a first-paid-first-served basis. 

All failed Backorders (i.e. in the event that we are unable to order more stock) will be fully refunded to customers if they had already paid in advance.

Please email us at sales@changeparade.com in the following format if you are interested to backorder and we will reply within 24 hours to confirm if we are able to restock the items. Please do not make payment before we confirm that the item will be made available.
