RETURNS POLICY

Our No-Fuss 7-Day Returns Policy


  • Yes, we understand not everyone is the same size, hence we offer you our fuss-free returns policy! If the item that you bought does not fit you, please contact us in order to return it in exchange for another in a different size (if available) or a credit note of equal value for your next purchase with us!
  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. 


  • For Item Returns,
Please email us at sales@changeparade.com with the title "Item Return - Order Number xxxx" and specify the following:
  1. Order number
  2. Item to be returned
  3. Reason for returning the item (so we can improve - if it's a quality issue)

We will process your request and reply you with instructions for returning the item.
We will either exchange it for a new piece or extend you a credit note for your next purchase.
Please note that you will have to bear the postage cost of returning the item to us.


  • Please note that item exchanges or credit notes can only be claimed once per item and will only be valid if returned in original condition* within 7 days of receipt.  

*item must not have been worn out, washed, soiled or damaged (if item is found to be in unsatisfactory condition or shows signs of having been tampered with, the return will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund either) 

 

  • Please note that after the 7-day window has expired, we will not accept the return of the item (for international returns, we will extend these terms as deemed appropriate).


  • In the event that the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock, a credit note of equivalent value will be provided.
