 Domestic Shipping

1) How much does shipping cost?

    - FREE SHIPPING* for all orders within Singapore. 

Seriously? You bet!

*Free shipping via regular Singpost mail delivery service. 

• For added peace of mind, you can opt for Registered Shipping in order to track your package. Additional charges apply for Registered Shipping (S$2.25). 
• Smartpac Boxes will be at an additional charge of S$4.20 (it's just a box, no tracking. Why you would want this, we don't know, but it's an option!). 
• For Speedpost Express delivery (same-day), please email us for a quotation at sales@changeparade.com

We are an online store but we do provide courier services and urgent meetups. These are provided on a case-by-case basis with additional charges ranging between S$8-20 depending on timeframe and venue.

2) How long does shipping take?

    - Please give us 4-7 days for domestic delivery (except for backordered items, which will take longer depending on stock arrival).

    - Orders paid and authenticated after 5PM will be considered as the next day's orders. 

3) How do I check on my orders?

     - You can always email us at sales@changeparade.com with the order reference number should you need to check on your order status (you will receive an email with your order reference number upon completing the checkout process).

4) Is there a returns policy?

    - Yes! Just tell us why you wish to return the item and we will either replace it or offer you a credit note for future purchases. No cash refunds will be made. Please contact us if the item you received is not in good condition or does not fit you! Click here for more info.
